The clerk at check in wasnt too pleasant but when I left and came bavk the front desk clerks were very friendly and welcoming. I've stayed here many times and alwaya enjoy my stay.

The room was not fully ready for occupancy when we arrived. The television didn’t work i itially and there was no soap in the shower. The staff quickly remedied these issues when I called, but considering the nature of our trip - a funeral - it would ave beeeen nicer not to have to spend energy and time in having these little things fixed. You want things to work the way they’re supposed to do you can focus on the important things.

When I arrived at the front desk to check in, the staff member assisting me was a very soft-spoken young man, and it was difficult to hear him. After providing my name, he asked, “You had the handicap accessible room, right?” I confirmed that I did. He then informed me, “I’m sorry; we’re all sold out.” When I asked when they sold out, he said, “Today.” He went on to explain that the reservation I made for a room with two double beds could no longer be accommodated and that the only remaining option was a single room with one king bed—no pull-out, no alternative arrangements. After a five-hour drive and arriving after 9:00 PM, this was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. We had no choice but to take the room, which forced one person in my party to sleep on the floor. I’m struggling to understand how a hotel can sell out of rooms that were pre-reserved. This experience was frustrating, inconvenient, and far below expectations.
