It was perfect for what we needed. We were in town for an early morning flight at XNA. TV would not connect but we didn’t contact the front desk either. Check in was simple and the staff was awesome

During our visit, we encountered an unexpected situation when our original reservation was canceled elsewhere. Upon our arrival, Camilo immediately stepped in to assist us. Despite the system not reflecting our reservation made through a third party, he swiftly arranged a new booking, ensuring that we were accommodated without delay. Camilo’s attentive care went far beyond the ordinary. Noticing that we were out of breath after our journey, he graciously offered us water and made certain that our room was comfortable enough for a restful sleep. His warm and engaging manner not only resolved our issues but also made us feel genuinely welcome. This exceptional service has left a lasting impression on us. We are now planning to visit Arkansas every week, and I have enthusiastically recommended your property to over two hundred colleagues who travel frequently to the area.
