Horrible Hyatt Experience in Hog Country

Will never stay at Hyatt again: No tub No microwave AC unit leaked onto carpet; had to walk in that mess to get in and out of bed No help offered Had to change rooms on Friday No toilet working in new room; wouldn’t flush Couldn’t turn water on to take a bath Called lobby for help and he told me he didn’t know how to troubleshoot either problems! Offered to put us in yet another room! I was livid! Finally sent someone to help with the tub faucet Out of 3 ice machines, only one worked (on first floor; we were on the 5th floor) Needed microwave for neck wrap (have a neck issue and need heat to relieve pain) that needed to be heated up throughout the night; only microwave was on the first floor, in the breakfast area, again we were on the 5th floor Never again will use a booking website; we needed to receive a full refund for the horrific experience we endured! This was our first Hyatt experience and it’ll be the last.

Room was great. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility wasn’t prepared for breakfast. Ran out of tableware, plates, glasses, and had to substitute some preprepared food items for their regular fare.
