Almost perfect!

Check was simple, room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable, hot breakfast was decent, coffee was decent. My ONLY semi-complaint was the morning before we checked out we woke up to find a ton of ants all over the place. And that same day, room service made our beds but didn’t put clean linens on them. This was day 3 of a 4 day stay. Other than those two issues the place was great. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool a lot!

Good stay with a few issues.

The room smelled, had to buy small air fresheners and place on the A/C unit to blow through them. The deadbolt wouldn't work because it didn't line up with the door jam striker plate. Also, the exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom.

Staff was friendly and helpful, every day our room was clean and organized by housekeeping, my trip got extended and the front desk rep was very helpful and helped me to meet my need , hotel offer military discount. One thing that I think it could be better was the breakfast menu every day was the same thing, maybe switching items for customers, it can be boring eating the same thing for 6 days straight. Overall our experience was perfect.

This stay was horrible. I regret booking here and didn’t realize how bad it was until after arriving. The room I was in had a full garbage and was not from us, there was no hot water, the TV would not work. The key for one of the side doors would not let us in. The pool was very dirty and had no towels.

The hotel was dirty, the room was dirty. The whole hotel smelled bad and the indoor pool was cloudy and unusable. Also, all the tv’s were out in the whole hotel. We checked out after one night and moved next door to the Holiday Inn. Would not recommend.

Not up to Choice Hotel Brand standard

THE PROPERTY IS NOT UP TO CHOICE HOTEL STANARDS. No hot water longer than 3 minute showers, no phone service to call front desk, no TV and front desk lies, and it is hard to get them to come out of the back. When we checked in the lady said the TV service was out but would be on shortly. All night we kept checking back with the different people at the front desk and each one acted like the TV service just went out giving me different stories. Saturday morning the TV was still out and I told the lady that I wanted to know if it was going to be on because we were scheduled for another night. I told her to let me know before check out because I could get a different hotel. She told me that it would on and if not they would discount both nights. The service never came on. When checking out I asked that same lady about the discount and she said she could not give one. She would have to call the manager.

Though the service was on par. The Hotel its self was a huge let down. TV channels didn't work, stunk, leftover towel from previous persons. Breakfast was by far the worst I have ever had. Water wouldn't get hot. Tub over flow was hanging on by a thread. Just all in all the worst part of my trip and we hated coming back to the hotel at the end of the day.
