The property itself was nice. There were no instructions given on how to get into the building, and we saw two other families struggling to get ahold of anyone to get their rooms. The issue came when the hotel lost power completely. After 8 hours without power, we gave up and booked another hotel. No other buildings that we could see had lost power. It was 97 degrees and we left at 7 for another hotel because we were flying out the next day and needed to be able to charge our phones for alarms/ride pick up/etc. They would not refund any amount of the stay, even though the room was unlivable. It is in a very convenient location.

We had a very good stay here! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with everything. The hotel's location is great and surrounded by a bunch of shopping destinations. The room itself was nice, but a bit small. We thought we paid for a slightly bigger room than we got, so the size of the room was a bit surprising at first. Also, we did get our room cleaned but they did not give us towels or clean certain areas. However, our stay here was mostly positive and we would recommend staying here! Its a great location.

Great hotel

This hotel is like the Tardis, small on the outside but huge on the inside. Not big, but huge in the way of friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Everything we asked for was done with a smile. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing… if you don’t mind a Little Natural Musk

Stay would have been AMAZING- great location of Rome, tasteful, modern, and very spacious room- however we had one MASSIVE issue. Our shower was somewhat clogged from day 1 and would not drain properly throughout the trip. This limited us to taking 2 min maximum or so minimal showers so the shower didn’t overflow onto the ground. We notified the desk twice and they said they would have a handyman come the next day- but nothing was done about it- it never improved. Other than that, the location of the hotel is great, room was beautiful and clean and staff were friendly. This one issue we had was a major one and caused me to leave a 3 vs 5 star review. I do think there is a good chance we just got “unlucky”- but we can’t really say for sure. It’s probably worth it if you get a good deal- but we are proof that you may have a “classic” trip to Roman Holiday in the worst case.
