Room was very clean, we were able to check-in around 12pm which was very much appreciated. Not a fan of having the shower and toilet in the bedroom. Staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was chaotic, very busy and aways running out of plates/cutlery etc. Rooftop terrace was gorgeous.

We had an amazing stay at The Glam! The staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the room was spacious and well equipped. The roof top terrace and bar was a lovely retreat after a long day walking around the city. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food including both hot and cold options. We had such an amazing time in Rome, made all the better by staying at The Glam. We'll definitely stay here again when we go back to Rome and highly recommend that you do too!! You won't regret it!

Staff not trustworthy. I left my jackets at the hotel and had them shipped back and my pockets were emptied of money and receipts. Before the stolen items I enjoyed the location, breakfast, and balcony.

Due to multiple flight delays, we did not arrive at the hotel until 2:00 a.m. The staff was extremely understanding and so friendly when we notified them of our delay. The rooms were of good size for Italy, and the king bed was comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind. We are from Southern Arizona, and due to the heat, we don’t really drink hot anything. Knowing that cold coffee is not an Italian custom, the staff did not pass any judgement when we asked for iced coffee. Thank you! The breakfast, as well as dinner (Muscle Risotto and Cacio e Pepe), were delicious! Thank you for your kindness. We really enjoyed our stay, and when we come back to Rome, we will be staying here agai.
