Room was in good condition and stuff very friendly. However, there was only regular coffee served at breakfast. What about customers sensitive/allergic to caffeine, there was no substitute either. Perhaps herbal teas in place of coffee could been offered, which would require electric kettle to boil water. There was no hot water available.

Hotel in a sketchy area. Carpet was stained and it didn’t feel clean. The tub was the scary part. It made a big clunky sound when it turned on and then brown water came out of it for a few seconds! I would have left higher review, I was paying for a cheap hotel, but when the lady at the front desk became rude to me for asking a single question, I dropped it from 3 stars to 2! I don’t care much for rude ppl. The older man who checked us in was actually courteous and didn’t have an attitude
