Very nice room. Shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty in the shower. Very disappointed in the hot tub hours. You can gamble all night, but can’t sit in the hot tub after 10 pm or before 9 am.

This reservation was made in error, I didn’t stay here. This was also my second attempt to resolve a problem through hotels.com. And after contacting the property directly, I am told that this could have been resolved very easily, but because of the ineptitude of agents at hotels.com, it was not! Therefore, this was my last reservation through hotels.com!

The property overall was nice and convenient, as well as the people working there being friendly. However, the shower amenities were mostly empty, and the room was very dirty. We had to ask many times to get these things remedied for our multi day booking.

We were charged a hospitality tax which we didn't know we were going to be charged. I never read anything about this charge when I booked the reservation. It would have been nice to know before hand we would have to pay this charge.
