1st and foremost the property did not match the photos online. Online they have pictures of a water park and they don’t even have a pool. Our room was clean, but there were stains on the comforter and housekeeping kept coming in our room on a day we were not checking out. SO MAKE SURE TO KEEP THE LOCK ON THE DOOR!! Housekeeping asked did we want fresh towels, I replied yes and she replied back that Kay give me the ones you have and I’ll go wash them and return them….I just told her that’s okay, we’ll keep what we have. Breakfast wasn’t what you would think. The breakfast area is very small and not very clean. Here’s the options: Pancakes (reused syrup bottle), cereal w/milk that is a used for cereal and coffee, orange juice, apple juice, tea and an apple. You do get what you pay for but some things are preventable!!

Not a fan

Check in was amazing. Breakfast was adiquate as a quick free one. Upon arrival, and our 2nd night as well, there was a mall behind the building yelling, screaming and hitting himself. The garbage in the reception area was overflowing and to top off the garbage there was pizzafalling out beside the only cbair to sit on. Got to our room and it was nice until i turned around. Our thermostat said error cooling. Good thing i pressed the fan off and when it came on it reset itself. Opened our window to see the view and wow a dirt filled pool in a fenced area that had a fun odour. Our fridge was great when ever it turned on to cool it vibrated and rattled. I will not stay here ever again and i wish i had got a refund. 2 nights total and wow that was enough for me. Should have taken my chances in Detroit. Same atmosphere.

The coffee was the best thing. Flies & nets in the room and bathroom were filthy & also the floor. The toilet was filthy (dirty, a ring around the toilet bowl & and look like blood.) Rips in the drapes which allow you to see outside without opening the drapes, paid extra for the hot tub and only the hot water faucet worked without cold water, the light over the hot tub didn't work, the phone didn't work in the room. I took many pictures and videos. This room was horrible. We wouldn't use the shower because it was filthy dirty. Please provide a website so I can send the pictures & videos to you. This was the worst place I have ever stayed in. The baseboard around the wall was broken and half off the wall. I am lodging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, because this is sad. I would like a refund. Please take them off your website.

Ive never stayed in a hotel with so many broken or unusable items before. The flip lock was completely broken and literally hung off the door by one screw. The pool is nonexistent existent. The shower head was broken. Water didnt drain well in the tub. Skin was broken completely. Plug was set down and it was half full of stagnant water. The bathroom fan sounded like we may have taken flight into the next universe. The ac worked and leaked so the carpet infront was drenched. I know this is no hilton but jeeze.

Need more professional people

Staff was very rude. Accused me of smoking in the room when I was trying to explain to her that the smoke was from me blow drying my hair. Did not listen at all. Kept trying to argue and fight and did not listen to what I was asking when the power went away. Poor customer service. The hotel and the room was good.

A cheap no frills option for those wanting to stay a quick night in Windsor. The room was fine (and I got a hot tub suite, which worked well!) but there's not much else to do within the hotel. Breakfast was the regular continental fare (with a pancake machine), coffee was alright. Staff was attentive and answered when needed, but nothing too exceptional. Good stay for the cost.
