The room was fine and clean. The biggest drawback for me was how thin the walls were, because I could hear my neighbors TV and every time they coughed. The front desk person was professional, but not overly courteous. The catering staff were very helpful and friendly.

I didn’t know that renovations were happening and parts of the motel were inaccessible. No one mentioned an elevator so I dragged my belongings to the second floor. There were unpleasant odors coming from the rooms on the first floor by the door we had to use since the main door was not accessible. My room was neat and clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and there were plenty of towels.

The staff were warm and attentive. Check in was easy and breakfast was good as always. We've stayed here many times and continue to return. Our room this trip, however, was not up to the level of cleanliness we've come to expect from this hotel. Mold on show doors, pee on toilet around seat hinges and a weird smell that was like pee but we couldn't figure out where it came from. Beds were clean and comfortable though. We assume it was a one-off fluke but wanted the hotel to be aware since they pride themselves on their 100% cleanliness rating and we would normally agree. Thanks again for another great stay.
