Martha at front desk arranged for me to have a ground floor room with parking for my motorcycle right outside. She was very helpful and went out of her way to get me into this room, and offered advice on late night dining options.

We stayed 2 nights to explore Roswell. Great location close to everything that we wanted to do. Staff was pleasant. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. The only complaint would be hearing the loud cars on the strip.

Absolutely terrible place I was not able to make it into the city because of my flight delay and there was no manager that would call me back or speak with me. Front desk was very unhelpful not a clean place. Don’t let the pictures fool you. Terrible customer service.

Unmaintained Property

Room was not clean, fridge had rotting food in it and hadn't been cleaned in a bit. The property is not kept up well. Plastic on the stairs is warped and can trip you and the balcony leading to our 2nd floor room was sticky. They say they're pet friendly but there is no place to take your dog out other than a parking lot filled with broken glass on the side of the building. Very loud and there was a pretty decent gap under our door so we could hear everything late into the night. Everyone working there was very kind and helpful though.

Kelly, the lady that did the Griday breakfast was very friendly and her breakfast was good. The Breakfast we got Satirday was NOT good. There was no sausage and thebeggs we unseasoned and watery. We got food and then couldnt even eat it.

The room and bed are nice, bathroom adequate, plenty of desk space and chairs, not really any place to put your bags and clothes, just had to set them on the desks. Breakfast is very basic, but gets your day started. Easy walk to Farley's (enjoyed an excellent green chili stew), Pasta Cafe Italian bistro (dinner was excellent at a very reasonable price), and Cattle Baron (did not visit). If you enjoy walking, is a 30 minute walk to downtown area with plenty of things to stop at along the way.
