We were excited for the property because the last Home2 we stayed at was set up really well. This one, all the lawn furniture was stacked off the patio. There is no art near elevators, which makes it feel institutional. The snack bar was very poorly stocked. The property seemed unsafe because the front door faces an alley and very dark street. Our room was missing the kitchen item set up, all the plates and cups were in drawers and not clean. The window shade in both rooms were not functioning. The remote was missing batteries. For all of this, the front end young man was lovely, helpful, and polite. He explained everything well and even helped when I needed directions to a local store. Your staff is awesome, please get the property back in good repair

Make your own bed!

The room was clean and the shower was really good. Our one complaint is that the bed did NOT have sheets nor a blanket on it. I did get a set from the front desk person and in the morning we asked if the price did not include a made bed. I asked for some compensation but was denied as we had made the hotel reservation through Hotels.com. So, their "complete satisfaction" warranty is limited to calling the hotel itself.
