Comfortable beds. Coffee 24 hours. Toilet didn't flush well and the heater fan was noisy. We reported these issues.

Lots of rooms and no check in cutoff. Facilities are run down in various places and the room smelled musty. No elevator to 2nd floor. When we checked in we were given a key to an already occupied room so when we tried to go into the room we came across someone else and their belongings. Very unnerving from a safety standpoint. The front desk person apologized and blamed it on a computer issue but they clearly didn't have an idea of who was where. Fortunately they had 1 more similar room to give us. The quality was terrible but it served the purpose of having a place to lay our heads to sleep. Won't return.

It served its purpose but no room check.Had to ask for towels every day and my key card had to be reset every day. The bathroom in room 120 is in need of a serious clean and remodel. I had to have them clean it when we arrived but whoever installed the tub did it wrong. It creaked with every shift of weight.

The first room they put us in was dirty. No soap… spittle on the vanity top. Definitely not clean. I complained and they put us in a clean room immediately. The bed was comfortable and the stay was nice. I’d recommend it. Stuff happens. They corrected things quickly.

Everything was clean. Does need to be updated though. The carpet is frayed where it transitions from the tile and looks old overall. Bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was very personable.

Just don't stay there. I booked on line on the road. When we checked in we were put in probably the farthest room possible, way on the end by the outside doors that obviously don't lock. Why put way back there when there were obviously rooms to the front??? Room was horrible, then discovered poop on back of the toilet bowl, so gross. Obviously didn't take a brush to it or anything. Carpet was gross. Went to desk asked for another room. Booked to the front this time, imagine that.....staff went w/ me, and I OK'd the room, was better then last one, but then after that I discovered all kinds of long black hairs all over the bathroom floor, which i moved w/ a tissue and my feet to the corners. I then wiped down every surface w/ disinfectant wipes and always kept my shoes on. Then TV wouldn't come on, had to go to front and got a new remote. The staff was nice enough, but again, why the first room??? Cleaners need to be fired. No breakfast to speak of, waffle area was a mess, no spray so waffles stuck down, nothing else really except cereal. I just would move on and not stay there, it needs to be torn down and start over. A stay there should be free. Unfortunate because it's a nice town, we heard good music uptown at a bar/grill.
