Our check in host was great! However, the next host kept checking on us in the hot tub, basically kicked us out. We are 3 quiet adults trying to relax after skiing. We were sitting in the hot tub for about 6 minutes, and the staff was pointing a heat gun at us to check the temp and said its usually 2° hotter. Then she said we would have to get out soon so she could add water so the heater is submerged. It was fine when we were in there, only issue was not being able to relax and being bothered by staff. We felt unwelcome. At breakfast, the staff was literally breathing over the eggs as we tried to get some. It was ridiculous. Again, it was very unwelcoming. Who wants breathed on food? Gross. There was no non stick spray for the waffle maker. Breakfast was sad looking altogether.

Pool area was next to front door , front door was broken and open ! Made for a cold Walk to Luke warm hot tub . Lady who runs the breakfast room was mumbling people are pigs she close 10 min early and would not let me grab a juice . I complained to front desk , she should not be treating people that way . Very rude

One night we didnt have hot water until 11pm. That sucked and unacceptable They also kicked us out of cafetaria after 10am, having to eat in hallway with cold drift. They also did not clean up our room unless we explicitly asked them the day before. A lot of these felt like standard customer service in most hotel I would have rated this 1 or 2 stars, but I appreciate that after I complained, discount was applied to my booking. Not enough though

We stayed here for a couple of days to ski Killington. Everything about the property was acceptable. The staff was OK, but not very friendly. There was no option for house cleaning and our trash overloaded for two nights. It would’ve been nice to be able to Empty the trash or have a bigger trashcan.

No room cleaning and service. No snow removal at parking lot. Seems understaffed. When we asked for extra towel, we were told to return a used towel in exchange. There is sign in all rooms stating $50 charge for any lost towel!

bang for your buck

Rooms and bedding were very comfortable. Staff was busy throughout the day keeping the pool and rooms clean. Pool and Hot tub are more than adequate for kids and adults. Just 30min drive to Okemo for good skiing. Many restaurants and activities all within walking distance.

Just ok but at least clean

It was ok. I expected better for the price. The rooms were small. The heating was loud so it was hard to sleep. At least it was clean and that was important.
