Old declining property

This hotel is old and not updated. Mattresses are old and uncomfortable and most of the outlets in the room need to be replaced. There is a do not drink order on their tap water so they provide bottled water for teeth brushing and drinking. It’s been that way for at least a year now. The pool is fine but the chemicals are off so you get out and are itchy. Front desk staff is mediocre. The best aspects are the prime location and the bar upstairs. Lots of loud 20 something’s stay and the walls are thin. I’ve stayed here for years and it just continues to get worse. I think I’m done.

Great Value on the access road and close to skiing. Great Service from the staff at front desk. Hot pool a plus, but could use a Hot-Tub after skiing. Rooms are slightly dated but clean and comfortable beds.

Great place to stay if skiing Killington or other local mountains. The heated pool is excellent. There is a bar on the fourth floor, which is nice. Coffee is available at 5 AM. The only minor issues I had was that my bathroom sink was partially clogged. Also, the water pressure is low in the shower. However, those were very minor inconveniences, and I look forward to staying there again in the future.

The accommodations are outdated but for the price, at least this time of year, is understandable. However, the sheets were clearly not changed from the prior guest. There was garbage left behind and the bed was not comfortblenat all albeit managable. Will not be staying here again.

Nice place and I will likely stay again!

Very clean, Friendly staff, very nice outdoor heated pool, comfortable public spaces, onsite bar, short walk on private walkway to nice restaurant, location on the access road to killington, in room thermostat. A bit of a mixup re the room rate booked was fixed immediately. It didn’t matter much to me but the only negative was the view from my particular room which was only of a stone retaining wall a few feet away but most rooms should have decent views.

Room was huge, the jacuzzi tub off the bedroom was extra special and to top it off the outdoor heated pool was but wait the sauna and off course the bar and restaurant all great and the proximity to the mountain rounded out things nicely

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Our room was clean and cozy. The only unfortunate thing was they had just done something with their well, so we could not drink the water. They did provide us with two bottles of water, but when we filled the hot tub, the water was a little brown. (Apparently normal when this occurs.)
