Friendly & amazing

We stayed here after a day out celebrating St. Paddy's day fun with friends. The room was spacious & comfortable. Breakfast the next morning offered a lot of options and we were greeted immediately upon entering. The staff was super friendly from checking in, to checking out. Will definitely stay here again!

Good hotel

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, good coffee, decent location. Parking lot got packed Saturday night. I was disappointed it wasn’t on the river but I probably just didn’t read the description clearly.

Our room was clean. There was an awful odor coming from the bathroom that filtered out into the entire room. We had 2 rooms and both smelled bad. Beds were comfortable. Pool was nice, Pool bathroom disgusting, unusable. Breakfast Lady was so nice, kept area clean. There was something for everyone to choose from. Would we stay here again... probably not. None of us could stand that odor in our rooms.

The perfect location for our stay in Bay City. The breakfast buffet was very good each morning. The attendant was very sweet & welcoming, kept everything stocked as needed. Price was reasonable. Bed was comfortable. Shower felt great. Overall a decent property.

Just Pleasant

Desk staff were very friendly and efficient. I had booked through Hotels.com for a riverfront room but found my view to be a brick wall. Contacted Hotels.com and was informed that riverfront was “only when available” and there were none. Disappointing! Room was excellent, well appointed, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was usual fare but the woman staffing it should get a hold star. She was so friendly, greeting every table with a smile and keeping the food filled. Pleasant way to start the day. All in all, a good stay. I’ll read the fine print in the future.

Great stay - excellent customer service

The employees at this establishment are exceptional. From the front desk to people preparing breakfast, EVERY staff member with which I interacted was pleasant, helpful and memorable for customer service. The only negative I noted about this property was limited parking without easy access to the building from parking. Breakfast was great. Overall, this property exceeded expectations.

Overall it was a good stay. Started off not so friendly, the staff apologized and left snacks in our room. So that was nice. No complaints about the room! The overall “feel” of this hotel could be cleaner. Someone got sick in the stairwell overnight and was still there in the morning. This wasn’t a “bad” stay. But I would likely book with a different hotel in the future.
