Suite was very roomy and comfortable except for the bed. It was much too firm for us. Woke up very early each morning due to back pain and body aches. Staff was great and breakfast was nice.

Excellent stay with exception of 1 front desk woma

Everything was wonderful with the exception of the woman who was working the front desk the overnight shift of May 17-18th. I understand there was extra work for her since there were so many sports families there, but she was unapologetically rude and cold. I had to ask a couple questions was met with coldness, and did not get my questions answered. That gentlemen that was there before she arrived was wonderful and so was the staff the morning of May 18. This woman did not exemplify customer focus one bit, and I’ve worked with customers my entire 25 years of working.

Very clean and inviting hotel! Can't beat the location. Service was very helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast very much impressed us with how much it offered & the quality. Highly recommend!

The shower was really nice. Didn't notice a good way to secure the bathroom door, though. Also, a corner guard fell off the wall while we were in the lobby having breakfast. Oh, breakfast was your standard continental breakfast, and was very good.

Family-friendly hotel in Midland

Good place to stay in Midland for families. The complementary breakfast was nice as with other Hampton Inns. It would be nice if recycling were available, however.
