The room was run down, which is okay with me, but the place charged me, despite the fact that I already paid through Expedia, and they required $80 cash security deposit, which is unusual and inconvenient.

The room was ok, the staff was delightful. They could not give me more pillows because they said they could not afford to buy them. They charged me $80 (refundable deposit) for incidentals and made me pay in cash. They would not accept a credit card. We found that very strange, we do not usually travel with cash but did that time, thank goodness. They have an atm in the lobby but charge for each transaction. We did not think that was right!!!

This room was an absolute disgusting mess, holes in walls and doors, black mold across the entire bathroom, no soap, shampoo or conditioner (dispensers were empty) bathroom floor was coming apart. no garbage can, fridge was crack, blood stains on mattress, someone had kissed the wall with lipstick and it was left there. No caulk in tub, dog barking all night place looked like a crime scene. A large cash deposit was REQUIRED or would not give the room key. No Where stated on website or on hotels.com. forced to use their atm with high surcharge. Outlets by bed both broken and taped up, window curtain broken and hanging

Nightmare. The room is a dump!!! Soiled dirty sheets. When arrived to room, the door was propped open as the room stunk of cigarette smoke. Bed was filthy!!! The entire room was disgusting. The pictures posted on Hotels.com site are completely misleading. The photos on site are not the same as what we saw, smelled and experienced. My girlfriend was so upset that we didn't stay the night, we left shortly after seeing how stinky and disgusting After paying in full through hotel.com we were asked for an additional $75 CASH for a deposit???? We got ripped off and our evening was spoiled!!! How can i trust this site again ????

Mike was an amazing front desk manager. My room’s toilet seat wasn’t fastened to the toilet. Mike moved me to a different room, once one got clean. He’s awesome!

We couldn’t even stay the room was so terrible! There was dust, thick dust on the air conditioner, stains on the bedding, and the sheets didn’t look clean. There was a terrible smell to the room. It felt unsafe overall. We ended up checking out within two hours of checking in. We didn’t even spend 5 minutes in the room before we left and started looking for a different hotel. My husband and I are pretty easy going, we can deal with some things, but this room, we couldn’t even deal with it for a night.

After arriving I instantly regretted booking at this place. We entered the first room, it wasn’t cleaned properly but then we realized the shower faucet was broken, toilet was dirty, towels had stains it didn’t look clean at all and after a long ride that was disappointing. We had changed to another room and it was even worse.. the bed had hair in it, more stains, sticky side table, I could keep going… I’ve never had an experience like this anywhere. This property needs to change something because the uncleanliness was unacceptable.

I have never stayed in a dirtier hotel! Towels, bathroom and floors were all disgusting! We paid extra for a hair dryer and even had to ask for one but never got it!! No face cloths until we asked and towels were so dirty they looked like they hadn't been washed! I never took my shoes off the whole time!!

Many people coming in and out, people hanging out in the hallways. The room we got had stains on the bedsheets, broken facet, dirty restroom with stains on the toilet paper. We emmediately went back to check out and asked for a refund. We did not feel safe or comfortable. I would not have even given it one star. Should be removed from expedia. This left a wrong impression on my vacation trip.

Filthy

This was the nastiest hotel I have ever almost stayed at. We left after we checked in and went to the room. We could not bring ourselves to settle into such a filthy place. We left the key on the TV stand and drove away. What a terrible waste of money, because then we had to find a hotel. Live and learn. I didn't think to take other pictures. The cobwebs all over the lamp where my initial welcome to the room.
