Easy parking and check in- beautiful property, felt safe, breakfast was the boom! The room was clean,fresh smelling and roomy! Love it. The only thing we don’t care about this chain is the stiff sheets they use- very clean, but feels like the bed sheets are starched and we don’t care for that! The bed was very comfortable !

The properties public areas were clean and modern with comfortable touches (lobby fireplace, cozy seating areas, snack area with availability for purchase). Staff encountered were polite and professional. Free breakfast had great options with Starbucks coffee availability included. Plenty of seating also available. I would only recommend that the hot items could be hotter? To Guests - please leave a tip for the dining area attendants; they set up, keep items replenished, take down the buffet, and keep the area clean for your enjoyment. The room was clean with a nice sized fridge and microwave. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets in the room. Also, plenty of towels! Room attendant, for our stay, did a great job. I do however think that the rooms need a refab. Removal of the carpet would be a great start and a refresh of the walls (with a few pictures added) would improve the aesthetics of the room and new bathroom flooring appears needed. Furnishings seemed newer. All in all I would recommend this hotel for overall cleanliness, comfort, amenities, and location.

Nice hotel and location. Beds are very comfortable. The only reason I did not give this hotel 5 stars is because the bathrooms are dated looking. There were spots on the ceiling in the bathroom that were very poorly painted over after what appears to have been some sort of leak. And the wallpaper in the bathroom gives camp cabin vibes. The lighting in the bathroom is terrible.

I am giving this hotel top marks across the board based on one simple interaction. My wife & I stayed here for a family wedding in Moline. My wife helped the bride all day of the wedding & in so doing did not get enough water. She woke up with a severe leg cramp overnight & when I spoke to the front desk, even though it was the middle of the night, they gave me a banana when I asked without hesitation. Thank you for the rescue, my wife was understandably appreciative. We willl absolutely stay here again.
