The hotel was nice and clean, staff was friendly. The issue was, however, the pool and hot tub were "closed until further notice". Why was I paying full price for amenities I was not able to use?

Lack of food at breakfast. No coffee. Pot was empty . No milk for cereal. No waffle batter. No one at office to tell of problem. Baggles were limited to several days old . Tables were dirty and garbage in food area appeared to be days old.

The customer service is not that great, never asking if you need towels and barging in without knocking to clean on time so that the poorly trained manager does not get upset. They do serve breakfast but that is if you get in there before they lock your room an hour before check out. I had been asked to move rooms because a customer that “normally has this room” returned and the manager inconveniently relocated me. They charged me 3x for 2 nights and I had to speak with the owner to even get any kind of resolution. Overall if you need a place to stay it’s an option but not the best.

The entire hotel stunk, the room was not as advertised. It had the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on, and the toilet seat was cracked! Extremely disappointed
