TV needs to either be repaired or replaced in room 213. Smoke alarm’s battery needs replacement. And the lights in the bathroom were very dim for the size of the room.

The gentleman that checked me in late at night as the last guest was absolutely wonderful. But beyond that, it was very average and poor. I had planned on leaving a tip for the maid. But on my checkout day, I received two knocks on my door before 10 AM. I then discovered later that there was a receipt of my bill slid under my door. And then 10 minutes later, I had another knock on the door and when I didn’t answer the maid service or whoever was at the door attempted to get into my room. They cannot get in because I had the extra lock on plus the privacy please sign on the door handle. I had planned on tipping my maid, but after being awakened by multiple knocks on the door and someone trying to get into my room before checkout time, I decided not to. I was told checkout time was at 11 AM and I had the privacy please on my door. So I assumed I would not be disturbed until after checkout time. But clearly I was wrong with the multiple knocking on the door and someone trying to get into my room while I was still sleeping on checkout day.

Fantastic stay!

We traveled to Salina for a basketball tournament. In our whole season, this was by far, the best hotel we stayed at. The staff were all so kind and helpful, the room was clean, and breakfast was good!

I wouldn’t pick this hotel again.

We pulled up to find two people smoking close to the front door. Come to find out it was both front desk workers. One checked us in without washing her hands and smelled of very strong smoke. Hotel seemed to be updated the cheapest way possible. Toilet seat had several paint spots, floors looked dirty and the bathroom had a bad smell. We could hear every noise from the room next to us and from the hall. Breakfast was the only positive thing.

Overall it was pretty nice and clean. The staff was very nice especially the woman serving the breakfast area. The only thing that would downgrade it is we booked it as a get away with our grandchildren and the slide at the pool that is pictured on the website was not operating and doesn’t look like it will be for quite some time or ever.

Great, pool slide busted

Super bummed pool featured a slide but was broken. We asked about it had been broken for over 3 months. Lame bc we booked this hotel specifically for our kids and hyped the slide. Take down the pic or at least post updated listing message, or maybe just fix it
