We had a great stay in this Holiday Inn. it was clean, the room was nice and everything was close as far as restaurants. We stayed in it on the way back as well because we were so favorably impressed with it.

Unfriendly check-in staff

Lady at the front desk was extremely unfriendly. Waited 3+ minutes for her to finish what she was doing previously on the computer, acted like she was inconvenienced that she had to tell me to input my card into the machine, set key on the counter saying "we are all done", no explanation of room number or best way to get there (elevators). There were 2 other employees at the counter, and she kept giving them nasty looks. IHG Gold Elite member, was not offered Welcome Amenities.
