We had stayed several nights at this same hotel several years ago and it was a pleasant experience. However this property needs repairs and cleaning now. The door to our room has pry marks around the latch entering our room. Once inside, the bathroom door had a hole punched into it from the outside. The toilet was clogged and bathroom was dirty. It was an overall bad experience. We were disappointed.

Check-in/out was quick and easy. Front desk clerk very pleasant and professional. Person servicing the breakfast was not as pleasant and professional when my 15yr old son politely asked if she could refill the waffle container. Otherwise a great stay and service.

There was an argument between a guest and staff when we checked in regarding a strange new policy requiring guest who live within 50 miles of the hotel to pay a $150 cash deposit at time of check on top of room price. Seems really odd and the guest was not aware of the policy until she arrived.
