The rooms were supposed to be non-smoking but smelt like somebody just smoked a pack of cigarettes in the room so if you’re a non-smoker, don’t stay here I wish I could get my money back. I was very uncomfortable.

My experience here was very disappointing. After spending hundreds of dollars gambling and buying drinks at the bar, I was still profiled by security for no reason. As a Black customer, it was upsetting and unprofessional to be treated like I didn’t belong there. I was also charged a $200 smoking fee for a room I did not smoke in—at a casino where smoking is allowed. The charge was unfair and made no sense. Another issue: they do not tell you at check-in that you cannot have or bring your own liquor into the hotel. You only find out after, which is extremely frustrating. Overall, the treatment, lack of transparency, and unexpected charges made this a terrible stay. I do not recommend this hotel or casino.

Check in was impossible. You charged me for the room and they wanted another $65.00 plus $50.00 deposit more. They finally agreed to cancel the room you charged me for and rented me a different one for another amount that I had to pay them for. Check in took well over an hour and I’m still not happy about this whole experience.
