Laundry and kitchen set up were excellent. However the shower drainage was not working, so it was overflowing, it took a long time for the maintnance guy to come - so he came too late as we were leaving for our daily tour of the area. so they never fixed it. we stayed two nights and taking a shower in a pool of water was very bad.

There were several things that could be approved on. 1. Mattresses on the bed,,, they were worn out and had springs/dips in them. 2 Out/ side appearance grass cutting etc. (Guessing some areas was wild flowers but looked really bad. 3. the entrances to the unit needed to be sweep/moped. 4. No seating areas/ nature walks or many activates at the resort. 5. Parking.. should have at least 1 designated spot for the unit.. The group next to us has a party with lots of people and took all the parking . Very loud unit 2:30am.

Immaculately maintained grounds and overall well kept facilities. Unit was huge and in great condition. However, it was a bit dated and dark. The carpet should definitely be replaced. There was a mildew smell in the entry way, but it did not extend into the unit. Nice, convenient area. Our 2 night stay went without a hitch. The check out procedures are a little too much. Stripping beds and emptying trash cans should be a part of cleaning responsibilities. Also, the request to stop by the office at check out is a total waste of time. Key cards be left in the unit.
