The first night I stayed and I got back from work my room door was left open!!! The housekeeper left the latch open and the door wasn’t able to shut leaving all of my personal belongings at risk for someone to come in and take something! Anyone could have entered and waited for me to come in. They did comp 1 night but I still don’t think that was enough they acted like it wasn’t a big deal, she said the housekeeper was in a hurry cleaning rooms….their staffing is not my problem and I shouldn’t have to worry about it. From that day on housekeeping just got bad my room wasn’t cleaned as well and my bed even started being left unmade. The front desk staff was nice though always greeted me on my way in. The 2nd floor smells very strong of some fragrance and it made my allergies terrible the 1st floor smelled like mold.

It said that the pool was open, when we got to the hotel they told us that it does not open until April sometime.when you drove in and out of parking lot the ground was all broken up and the lot has stuff all over

Extremely clean from to to bottom. The staff were all amazing and very friendly and respectful. My room was amazing and beyond clean and fresh. The breakfast and coffee were good both days also. Highly recommend this place.
