Dont come with pet. Do not. It cost me $50.00 non refunable pet fee and $40.00 not tefunable cleaning fee. $90.00 for 1 night pet. Then i had to pay my hotel fee plus deposit. Will never stay again

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at this extended stay hotel that I feel compelled to share. Upon arriving at 2 pm after a grueling 16-hour drive, I was told that my room would not be ready, despite calling ahead to check for the possibility of early check-in. I had paid in advance for the room, yet I was repeatedly told that it could be midnight before my room would be ready, with no clear explanation. What made this experience even worse was the treatment I received from the general manager. While I was left waiting outside with my family for hours, I noticed that guests of different nationalities were allowed to check in with no issues, which raised questions about whether I was being treated differently. The manager’s rude demeanor only added to the frustration, as I felt completely disregarded and disrespected. Despite my patience, it wasn’t until I called the corporate office and escalated the issue that the situation was resolved. It took almost four hours, and we finally received our room at nearly 6 pm. I can't help but feel that the manager’s actions were discriminatory, and the lack of care shown towards me and my family was unacceptable. I had hoped for a relaxing stop after such a long journey, but this experience left me feeling completely unwelcome and mistreated. I strongly advise potential guests to be cautious when considering this property.

In the description, it was clearly mentioned that there is a deposit of $50 for when you stay with pets. When I checked in, I was told that is the cleaning fee and non refundable. This is completely misleading information and should be shown as cleaning fee if that is what it is. Not happy with this charge.

We showed up at 9:30 pm for our reservation. It took quite a while for front desk staff to come to service as they were somewhere else on property. We checked in and paid. Then we were told they will need to check status of our room to make sure it was clean. We went to room. It was a disaster and was not clean at all. The front office staff was going to be the one to clean it and we were informed it would be atleast an hour. At this time we requested a refund, which we have yet to receive. Very unacceptable to show up at 9pm and no room ready. Do not allow bookings if that’s the case.
