Outside appearance is dirty oil spills in every parking spot. Outer appearance is unkept. Room was clean bed ok was like a big cot. need more pillows. One entrance to parking lot , very inconvenient for location. Walls are thin and ceiling thin and not enough insulation to keep voice’s and footsteps from top occupants foot traffic

The place smelled horrible throughout. My room had a horrible chemical smell in it from the beginning and it caused me to have a headache all night. It smelled like someone was smoking meth nextdoor. I had to checkout 2 days early because I couldn’t handle it and hotel staff had no concerns. Stay away from this place!

The property was a no frills place. No breakfast, no regular room cleaning. It's more like a short term apartment lease than a hotel room which wasn't what I was wanting. The windows are not very helpful with the sounds coming from the highway so it can get noisy.

Meets Needs

Hotel is located near a lot of stores and not far from downtown area. It’s a long stay hotel, so rooms have full size fridge and a stove top. The room space is small but gets the job done. We had issues with our toilet flushing. Walls are pretty thin so you can hear a lot. Dog friendly, with a good size grass area in the back for pet relief. Note that Hotels.com pet fee information does not match hotel policy when you arrive. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not the $10 per day as advertised by hotels.com. We did reach out to hotels.com to update website.

The entrance from the lobby to the rooms was hard to open with your room key. I tried it several times. The desk attendant said that it was hard to open sometimes. I tried at least 4 times. Another roomer tried a finally had to lift the handle up and pull really hard. When we got to the room. Room had a queen bed but only 2 full size pillows.

Just ok.

The stay was ok. Recommend parking in the front no matter what service desk says. There was some pretty sketchy people hanging out in back that were not staying at the hotel. No amenities in the room. Take your own hair dryer. Will not stay agin.

Hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. But the lack of any dishes or utensils defeated the purpose of the extended stay capabilities of the hotel. Everything else was nice just no frills and no breakfast.

Just what I needed

I was traveling to watch a sporting event in town and needed to book a room last minute due to weather delays. I was hesitant because I was traveling alone and the room was very cheap in price. I was pleasantly surprised! It was a great experience and exactly what I needed. If you’re not looking for anything crazy, just a safe place to stay that’s clean- this is a perfect fit. I also felt safe, which was very important to me as a solo female traveler.
