hotel was ok , paint in tube was peeling , sink was messed up , door handle to restroom was messed up , they also took a deposit from me and kept it . i have tried calling property with no answer . i already have seen reviews about hotel taking deposits for unjustified reasons, i wouldn’t stay here again

The outside looked ok. When we checked in the front desk guy was so rude he wouldn’t even let me talk or ask questions. Whatever questions I had he cut me off right away. The bathtub was disgusting, the carpet in the room was so nasty it felt gross. The towels looked dirty & the curtains didn’t close all the way I had to use a hair clip to ensure no one would be looking in the room as we slept. If we were on a top floor that might have been ok but we were on the 1st floor

Terrible experience! I left a $50 deposit and they only gave me $20 back, claiming the cleaning lady said towels were missing. That is absolutely ridiculous — I did NOT take any towels, and there’s no reason why I would. Instead of listening or resolving the issue, they just kept $30 from me. This feels like a scam and very unprofessional. I’ve stayed at many hotels and have never had an issue like this before. I will never come back, and I don’t recommend anyone stay here unless you want to risk losing your deposit over false claims.
