Staff is very accommodating and pleasant. From the front desk, dining and housekeeping staff. Each and Everyone working there that me and my husband have encountered or interacted with is just giving is the impression that they are just happy to be working there.

We did not have any soap in our room- and it was late night. How does that happen?

There was a lot humidity in my room.. But other than that it was a good stay.

We had to move from 2 rooms First room was damp and smelt musty and had a definite water issue Then had to move from the second room of our nine nights stay because of flooding issues in the bathroom from the above apartment The hotel charge for parking at a very exuberant rate of 60 dollars per night The restaurant was very nice and our waiter Francisco made our stay very enjoyable with his gracious personality The hotel on the whole was very nice but I don’t think I would return
