This property is great, my only issue was noise level. To be fair I live in the country and I haven’t stayed in the city in a.whole but I could hear every noise from cars at 1am to little ones in the hallway.Over all this property is great.

Beautiful and quaint

Plaza San Antonio was absolutely wonderful. We were there for an intense work conference and the property was a haven to return to in the evening. Food and drinks at all of the restaurants were great. I was there with four colleagues, and we were all sad to leave. Would 100% stay again.

Upon checking in, We had purchase a $50 coupon to be used on site for whatever needed. If not used, still you pay $50 fee Basically property owners forcing it’s guests to use their dining/bar facilities without revealing this upon booking the property Besides this overall is an excellent and safe property

I arrived early and wanted to pre-register so when i came back at 9 PM i could just go to my room. Well i was surprised when they told me there was a fee for that. Not at all happy so i didnt. No place on the property to park. Manditory valet parking. However, the room was very comfortable and clean. Strange though, that you enter into the room through the bathroom. Still, it was a nice room. Would prefer coffee instead of expresso in the room but all in all, it was a nice experience but i think i will go elsewhere next time im in town

My wife's 40th Birthday gone wrong!

I was under the impression that free parking was an option.... It wasn't. I was charged A "destination fee" that I was not informed of prior to booking and that I still don't understand what it is. My bed was soo hard that i had to sleep on my side just to get comfortable and when i complained to the front desk, she basically told me that all the rooms were the same. I tried to cancel the 2nd nights stay, but i couldn't get in contact with hotels.com to do so. The hotel itself was very clean and accommodating, but the hidden fees, unconformable beds, and lack of options to select from on the restaurant menu, made this experience one that I'd like to just put behind me.
