Called and for towels at night when we got back from event, waited for 30 minutes. called again and said they would run it up right away and still waited and the towels never came. Breakfast wasnt palatable, but thats expected with ready made breakfast. Parking was a nightmare with limited parking and looked like a maze. Hotel was clean though so thats really the only plus.

For a looks like newer hotel there were still some unfinished things. Hanging wires , torn wall paper and the fan in the bathroom would not shut off. I only stayed one night thank his. Parking situation was horrible they make you pay to park and then there is not enough room for everyone. I think they have some things to work on.

The location of the Hampton was good. The hotel has very recently been renovated so everything is in a new condition. The staff were very attentive, especially Matt who ensured I was booked into an appropriate room per my preferences. They offer a good breakfast, perhaps a few more offerings for busy periods would be good. Suggestion would be pre sliced fruit bowls or omelettes made to order. I cannot fault this hotel, so much so I came back on the tail end of my visit to San Diego for another few nights. I plan to stay in the future.
