Room is clean and ok but it has an unpleasant smell. Breakfast is decent. Front desk service is not very good though. First day noticed no hair dryer after shower, called front desk and was told someone will bring one to our room but never did. Second day stop by and asked about hair dryer again and was told someone will bring it over but again nothing happened after more than an hour and had to call AGAIN before someone finally came. Third night the front desk called our room TWICE at 12:40AM saying we have delivery when we were sleeping and didn’t even apologize (we had no delivery whatsoever) Doesn’t look that safe as homeless people can be seen at times. Parking is VERY tight but fortunately lot wasn’t too full during our stay.

We were greeted immediately with a hello and smile from an employee just walking across the lobby, then again at the front desk. The front desk was kind and patient explaining to us where to park and where our room was. I am soory I didn't get her name. She deserves a shout out. The rooms were very clean, spacious with beds that as soon as I laid on it automatically said ahh. Very comfortable. The breakfast was like you would expect from a free hotel continental breakfast. With that said, I do have to mention the food was fresh, tasty, had great hours, coffee was good. There was always someone there, refilling, cleaning up and again was very nice. I would absolutely stay there again.

Was supposed to be a wheelchair accessible room but could not get into bathroom the hotel stared could not have wheelchair accessible bathroom and 5 people in room and there was no other rooms. The staff is very nice and friendly and explained it all.

I liked that we had enough room in our room. However, the sofa bed mattress was very uncomfortable and we didn't have enough blankets. In the bathroom, there should be a shelves to put your cloths when you get out of the shower, they're was no place to place them. We asked for blankets our first evening and never got them, we waited for the cleaning crew the next morning to get them. Josefina was awesome, very attentive. It would be nice if they offered room or had a restaurant for those of us that don't want to go out. They're isn't enough options in the front desk store. Personnel were nice but there are a few items needed to improve the stay.
