All staff I dealt with were polite, professional and had an upbeat demeanor. Arrived prior to check-in and front desk held my bags and called me when my room was ready.
The facility is not maintained to a level I am use to at the other major chains and if my wife was alive she would have walked out the door and rated this POOR.
The common area rugs were filthy with large areas of stains from passage and spills and the same paper and plastic debris on the 4th floor present for my 3 days stay. The room's linen was clean and there were no bugs, as expected. The bathroom door edge was sticky to the touch. The laminated table edges were lifted due to moisture contacting the particle board. The rooms one chair was dirty as evidenced when I wiped it with a damp wash cloth. One set of curtains had small holes and was hanging off its track. There were no shades to allow indirect light and the room only contained dark curtains that had to be kept drawn for simple privacy. As such the room was depressing due to my choice of privacy over outdoor daylight. The bathroom metal door frame was corroded with holes through on one side to a height of about 2 inches.
