Did not like this property. The rooms were outdated, not clean, tv did not work, shower curtain rod broken. Contantly problems with the room card. Room was not cleaned up.

Was asked for 30 $ to check in Early an I never was asked for money to check in at any motel ever especially when they had rooms available... I didn't get on the top floor as requested I was put on a bottom floor where the window didn't lock so very un safe for a woman 👠 staying alone

For the last 2 years each month for sevearl days this motel has given me an opportunity to feel a sense of normalness , stability, and grounding which my current living dituation has unfortunately deprived me of. The staff is always friendly, helpful and often go far above and beyond to ensure as a guest youll feel that you matter and any special needs can be accomidated, WHICH IS EXTREMELY APPRECIATED!! This motel will ALWAYS BE my home away from home.

The pictures on the website do not match the reality. The bedding in the corridor and room has a strong smell of cigarettes. It is very itchy when I cover myself with the quilt. There is also a very strong smell of cigarettes. Someone was taking drugs in the middle of the night. The room was filled with the smell of marijuana. Parking is written as free, but it actually costs $20 to park a night. I will not stay here again. I hope you will not recommend such a place to me again. I am very disappointed.

The pictures are nothing like what the motel really looks like. Upon arriving I was told I was a premium customer and would be in an upgraded room with a fridge and all jus to find out the room was horrible and did not have a fridge the tv didn’t even work and this was after asking for a renovated room. We had to go through 4 different rooms before we found one that was renovated and decent for a 6 night stay. The cleanliness was horrible and I asked twice to have my room cleaned which was never done. Also, there are homeless people all over the outside of the building and also trying to rent rooms. Would not recommend to anyone. Also don’t forget you do have to pay for daily parking which isn’t any safer than parking your car on the street. Worst motel I have ever stayed in.

The property was close to downtown and a quick Uber ride to everywhere. The rooms and towels were clean. Parking was available as well. The carpets in the common areas needed cleaning and replacement. The property just lacked a cleaning crew in general. Construction was going on, and there was a lot of traffic noise, including sirens.

Better than sleeping in your car

Would only stay here again in an emergency. Front desk people were friendly, professional, responsive. Room was heartbreakingly gloomy. Furniture worn and broken. Mattress and seat to built in chair were not secured, both kept sliding off their platforms, making them both unsafe to sit on. Towels were so worn they felt like paper. Cigarette smells from other rooms came through the bathroom vent. Ventilation/airflow so poor we had to run the AC 24/7, and HVAC so bad it only blew ice cold or desert hot. Parking lot had an extremely tight driving lane.
