Book Rosewood Hotels San Jose accommodation from NZ$174

Have not left an evaluation for the staff because the reason below: I left my expensive headphone in bed due to in hurry to catch early morning flight. In airport I realized leaving headphone in hotel and called front-desk immediately and the staff promised to have someone retrieve for me. Called back several times to let them know to have my friend to pick up. So far still have no luck, always was told that they would need to find out who had picked it up and would let me know.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful. The hotel was clean. The restaurant and bar was closed because the waiter who happens to also be the bartender called in. Its hard to believe that one person can close down the entire restaurant and bar. There was garbage and furniture left on the sidewalk near the entrance to the hotel. We were on the fifth floor with a view of a person inside the dumpster going through trash. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Clean room, nice view. Parking extra.

Very spacious suite. Water pressure was in and out tho

It was fantastic! Airport service, breakfast, front desk staff all great! Comfy bed too! Good job!!!
