The room was in good condition and the bed was comfortable, however, the female staff that worked on Sunday 12.14.25 was unprofessional. She answered my questions about adding my adult daughter to the reservation then put a note in my reservation saying that we have to be charged the full amount at check in. There was no reason to put this note in and the manager confirmed it a couple of days later. Do they have a problem with allowing family members to check in? Seemed like it. I was there for a graduation and this was an unpleasant experience. Also, they charge to park your car overnight. I will not be returning.

This hotel was very convenient. There’s nothing fancy about it but it is run well. We checked in around nine. One gentleman working. Super efficient really knew his job was checking a lot of people in by himself. He was terrific and what I appreciate about this hotel is the cleanliness of the room so I would definitely stay here again it’s a very well run hotel and like I said nothing fancy but the room was just super nice and super clean.

Layer of dust on quite a bit of furniture in room. We used inhalers and allergy meds and managed. Would not recommend to anyone allergic to dust. Great value otherwise

The front desk had to reassign my room 3 times. The first room, the bathroom tub had about a foot of dirty water in the tub. The second room was not cleaned, the bed was unmade and a complete mess. The 3rd room was dirty as well with hair and stains in the bathtub.
