First day - only decaf coffee in the room. No coffee in the lobby - had to pay $4 for a mediocre cup of coffee. No free breakfast. It was a bit noisy - people talking loudly in the halls. The staff was friendly, however, and saw to any needs I had. The fitness center was really good.

I was supposed to stay there for two nights. First night my truck was broken into, they broke out my windows, broke both drive and passenger side ouside door handles, they cut the horn wires inside the engine. They left my remaining tools they didn't want scattered in the parking lot. I spoke with hotel manager to see the cameras and security. They told me they don't have cameras and don't have security. I call San Jose PD to come out and take a report, they told me to go onlineand write a report, they are not coming out. I would not recommend staying at this hotel, very unsafe. ( I did not stay the second night, nor has expedia refunded me back my money). Beware of this place. Very dissatisfied customer.

The bed was wonderful! The room was very nice. I had to ask for a microwave in the room...thought this was standard. And...I chose this hotel partially because it had a restaurant. Learned at check in that the restaurant was closed on the weekends. I was there Friday night until Monday morning. It would have been nice to know this before I made my reservation.
