Excellent apartment located just a few metres from the Old Town of San Sebastian. It has 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed of 150 cms width, 1 bathroom with a shower tray, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with views of Zuloaga Square.



Just in front of the San Telmo museum, the Arraun apartment stands out for its brightness and unbeatable location as it is a very quiet area but at the same time, just 1 minute walking from the Old Town. In addition, both La Concha beach and Zurriola beach are just 10 minutes walking.

I will start by saying that the apartment is nothing like what you see in the photos, when you enter the building you have a rather small and uncomfortable elevator, the apartment looks quite old, it does not have air conditioning and in this city is very uncomfortable stay in a place without it because was very hot inside, we expected it to be as described but upon entering we couldn't stay as you feel uncomfortable upon arrivial. Parking is a bit far from property, although it was listed to have close parking. And not to mention the furniture looks worn out. Overall I do not recommend it.

une fenêtre était cassée en pleine tempête (100km/h de vent) pas d'internet, pas de tv, et porte des toilettes qui ne fermait pas. nous avons pendant 2 jours eu des techniciens qui sont passé chez nous. Le propriétaire a été sarcastique par email lorsque nous avons demandé un geste commercial.
