Only issue we had no tissues in the bathroom at check in. Other than that check in girl was amazingly sweet, the room was clean, a little smelly, but clean. We had enough hand soap, lotion, body wash. My only complaint the conditioning shampoo is pretty harsh on my hair. But thats not the staffs fault. I really should carry my own.. there is a pool and hot tub, and ice machine. But i dkdnt use the hot tub or pool this time around.

Room was clean, comfortable with a fireplace that was working. The heating worked very well as it was a chilly night. Bed and pillows were comfortable and room was spacious. Bathroom was clean and the shower had instant hot water and plenty of it.

Dirty. Feet were black. Hair all over bathroom. Shower falling apart. Man that checked me in didn’t say one word to me. Makes sense why there were like 5 cars in the lot on a Saturday night. Fridge was off and smelled like rotten food. Only perk was that they had a nice grass area for dogs. Charged me 25$ for him though- the resort I stayed at the next couple of nights didn’t. Wouldn’t stay again. Better spending your money elsewhere.

Room was great and quiet. The bed was very comfortable, but was way too high above the ground. I needed a step stool, but none was provided. I’m 5”1. This has never been a problem before. Otherwise we really liked it.

Very, very good choice for inexpensive lodging right in the heart of San Simeon. Walk to restaurants, groceries, bars, and the ocean & beach is right across the street. When I checked in I asked for a quiet room on an upper floor and they gave me exactly that. Excellent front desk service. Room was clean, comfortable, and VERY QUIET. Lots of free parking and they have a hot tub on site also. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
