This hotel has lovely rooms with a very nice bathroom including soaker tub and separate shower. There is a gas fireplace. The linens and bed were good quality. You can hear the ocean and have a limited view of it. Breakfast was well stocked. There are interesting g prints of Julia Morgan’s sketches for the Hearst Castle throughout the building.

Overall a good experience. Quiet area, walking distance to the beach. The property is dated but they’re doing the best with what they’ve got. Friendly staff, free parking. The mattress was too firm for my preference (other members of my family didn’t mind). My only suggestion is to bring your own charges WITH adapters. The property does not have any USB compatible plugs in the room other than the basic outlet.

The room was clean with a fireplace. We chose an ocean view room. The ocean is visible but not very close. The pool is in another building down the street as was a very limited continental breakfast. All in all I would recommend.

I HAVE STAYED HER MANY TIMES BEFORE .I LOVE THEIR BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING .ONE THING THAT BOTHERED ME WAS THE NOISE NOT SURE IF IT HAD TO DO WITH THE FIREPLACE OR SOMETHING ELSE BUT IT DID KEEP ME WAKE ONE NIGHT AND THE TV DID NOT WORK MOST OF THE TIME THAT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING
