The staff was fabulous, very friendly. House maintenance was spot on. We really enjoyed our days stay. The only issue that I have, we wanted a walk in shower. Being in our 70's were not a good idea to be jumping into and out of a bathtub. Otherwise, we loved our accommodations. We thank you all that you're done to make our visit enjoyable. You can hear the road traffic all night. Broken sidewalks. Tower 2 under renovations so one entrance closed off less convenient for some parking areas and the elevators were dirty. Lobby presents very nice so it's misleading...

I stayed 1 night before my cruise. There was a free airport shuttle to hotel. Check in was easy, my room was in tower 2. There was hotel bar/resturant for dinner. There was an extra cost for breakfast. Overall hotel was a great stay. I highly recommend.

Nice stay

The hotel is very big but very elegant. The check-in clerk was very helpful and helped me with navigating the parking app for the hotel. The food was good but pretty pricey.
