Good location, friendly staff

Service people were wonderful to interact with. Room had a wonky smell- had to go to the grocery store to buy room spray- location of our room was loud, right in the foot traffic area. Room phone range randomly several times over the course of our stay and we did not have any housekeeping services come by during our stay to check if we needed anything or take our trashes.

Not up to typical Days Inn level. Had to wait to check in, staff were friendly but didn’t know how to use their computer. TV had been previously connected to a game system and not properly put back. I called the front desk and was told the manager would be right down to fix it… 2 hours later, still not fixed. So I did it myself, it was a pain to get the cords out from behind the dresser and the navigate the set up process. Furnishings are very worn. The bed however was very comfortable. No iron or ironing board… when I left, I checked to see what was offered for breakfast and passed. The price is fair, just be prepared for a lower level of service.

We were on a ski trip and chose this place in large part because they advertise having a hot tub. It was broken and was dry and looked ignored. Also, I called ahead asking about a rollaway and included that need in the message section when booking the room. Their 2 rollaways were in use the first night so not available.

The toilet overflowed across from are room in to hall. They had no one to clean it up on staff so just left it. The water came in to are room creating a smell the next day. We ask to be moved. They did move us but the roll away bed they gave us had mouse poop on it. Not friendly place and not a clean place.

For the price I paid it was an okay value, however both the sink and shower drains were slow, the hair dryer did not work, the guest laundry was broken, and the bed sheets had some black paint or ink splotches. For a cheap hotel it's fine, but I expected it to be cleaner.

Place needs an entire makeover and fixing up!

Pros and cons: Pro: affordable, near mountain, room was not awful. Con: all things advertised were mostly not available. No laundry, hot tub, even ice maker was broken! Back door to access rooms has an old toilet sitting there for disposal. Lots of rooms in floor had broken doors, not sure if they are replacing but the whole place was shoddy. Will I stay again? No.

My room was nice, TV remote was easy, it was generously sized, the mattress was good. But no coffee maker. Fortunately I always bring mine. There was a God awful noise sometimes from above. And the breaking point is security. Someone previously had forced entry completely breaking down the door frame and deadbolt. Some hack do it yourselfer handyman just screwed the door trim back on and stuck on the deadbolt. It wasn't even painted. Not even made to look right. This is not acceptable and I cannot stay there again.

Stay somewhere else

Nothing worked. The spa, tv in the room, and ice machine were all out of order. The whole place smelled like vomit and cleaner. The outside door didn’t have a lock so it couldn’t be locked from 10pm to 6am like the sign said. The parking lot and sidewalks had ice all over them and we had to take our stuff thru the snow/ice to the side of the building and carry it up the stairs and down the hallway to our room. The hotel has Wyndhams name on it so I figured it would be nice but it’s not. The reviews on hotels.com were okay 6/10 but then I checked other sites and the reviews were more accurate because they said how bad the place was more like a 1-2/10
If only the picture could relay the smell of the carpet.
Dirt and mold on outside matched carpet on inside. Icy sidewalks, and broken missing locks.
