The room definitely needs to be refreshed it smeled like mildew and the airconditoner filter was so dirty it took 4times to get it clean and the room still smelled like mildew must have been the carpet becouse our feet were black after walking on it the beds were comfortable and the location was good close to cedar point and the price was fair also the pool stayed open till 11p which was fantastic

This hotel is not the greatest. We came here only because of the convenience of being close to Cedar Point. It's a typical hotel ran by indians or nepalese. The only thing good about the room was the beds. They were very comfortable and room was clean for it to be ran by indians. The room smelled like some cheap men's cologne I could not stand the odor considering I was a asthmatic. There was very very low water pressure coming from shower. No phone to call front desk. I don't know about breakfast didn't even bother to ask honestly. TV had about 5 channels. Walls are extremely thin. Heat and air conditioner did work. A few things to consider: First we booked through expedia. Please BEWARE that if you make a reservation the policy is NOT on the website that you will be charged a day in advance BEFORE your reservation. We were coming from Pennsylvania. Our reservation was from June 11-14. My card was billed on June 10. I don't appreciate that when I contacted them, they explained that its their "policy" to bill in advance. Second our room was on first floor room 120. Right outside of ice machine which runs constantly. Our room was probably next to some junkies who have extended stay so we were a little concerned. There is also a train nearby that runs throughout the night so sleep was meh.

There was not enough electric outlets, and the vent fan in bathroom was not operable, and very dusty/gross. Behind the bathroom door, part of the wallpaper had pulled away, and clearly mold was visible.

Love how they redid/revamped the place, it's quite nice for the price and I loved the continental breakfast set up the pancake machine was clutch plus the lobby super nice not to mention the family that runs it.

The property was at a good location from Cedar Point. Sadly, there was no warm water for a few days from the faucet in the bathroom (it did get fixed eventually). Furthermore, the bathroom door took a lot of strength to close. We almost thought the door was able to shut at first. Many towels that we had received that were "clean" were actually stained with lipstick and other marks. The bathroom did look newer compared the rest of the room and the shower was fine. It did take a little bit of time for the hot water to come through the shower. Outside, when walking to our room, there was all bird poop on the stairs and near the door. The attendants were all very nice and offered us free water upon our arrival.

Staff was so friendly. Room was nice and big. There is a wild life refuge in back. They having viewing chairs set up..so much fun. They could improve on breakfast! Not much there.
