Unbelievable, this place smelled horribly the room had trash particles in the corners, the common area was not vacuumed. The toilet would not flush unless you held the handle down, the door to the restroom would not shut, it seemed off tract, I would not recommend nor stay there again. Also they should have on their site a checkbox as to whether we would like to have beer and wine in the room. I would have checked no, because I do not drink. If I could capture the smell I would post it. They did have free bowling, that’s great, but I do not bowl.

Cleanliness of the room could definitely have been better. TV remote was missing from the room but a new one was brought up quickly when we called down to the desk. Check-in is a little confusing as where to go but with help from a staff member they got us taken care of. There is definitely a lot to do on the property. The free bowling plus wine and beer in the room is a great touch.

So happy we took a chance on staying somewhere else rather than our usual pick in Sandusky. The room was gorgeous and clean with exception of the carpet (ewww). There were 4 free beers PLUS a bottle of wine provided in the room. We ate dinner at the Thirsty Pony which was amazing!!! We also received free wristbands for bowling and enjoyed that very much. We didn’t get to do axe throwing or laser tag because every time we went up to the desk no one was there but it was explained to us that they were pretty understaffed. They did warn us not to put our phones next to our room key which we followed however we still had a problem using them to access our room at times but overall we would definitely book with them again! Thanks for a great stay!

Human hair on the blankets and pillows. Wet floor upon entry. Looked like it was mopped with a dirty mop as there was wet hair and dirt on the floor. Beds are uncomfortable. They tried but would not stay again. No soap in the room. Free wine and beer and nice decor

Really nice rooms I mean if you have claustrophobic people with you they will be safe here. Very large room with everything you need on site. Not far from the mall or theme parks. Free chocolate, wine, and local craft beers complimented. Would stay again if in the area.

I loved that the bowling alley and laser tag were connected to our hotel and we got a pass to bowl for free all weekend! They even gave complimentary craft beers! The only thing that I didn’t love was going through the thirsty pony for service, if you have an issue and the restaurant is busy you’re waiting to talk to hospitality. Other than that we will return!

We loved that Thirsty Pony was onsite with entertainment options and good food. Room was large and cozy. Was somewhat outdated and opportunities for cleanliness. Would stay here again for value and location.

Rooms are cool and unique. Floor wasn't very clean in our room. There was a lot of dust around them (no carpeting) and an old popped balloon which means things weren't probably deep cleaned unfortunately. Also, chocolate on the bed spread that I could scrape off so it wasn't a stain. Nice to get free bowling passes and very nice to eat at the tipsy pony and then just walk back to our rooms,
