The first night our heating was making a very loud banging noise all night and we couldnt sleep. Notified the front desk and they assured us it was fixed. It wasnt. As soon as we turned the heat on again it still did it. Had to pack up everything and switch rooms. The beds were very uncomfortable and small for two people.
