Don’t stay here. The front desk staff tried to be accommodating when the first room was not clean in time for our arrival
It was later in the evening so the room should have been ready for guests but when we went in there the table tops were dirty and sticky clearly someone had spilled something on the desk and it was never cleaned.
We got moved to another room upon request . This room appeared clean at first but when I went into the bathroom there were hairs on the floor from the previous guests. Gross. I also found two bugs in the bathroom. There was a vent in the bathroom that looked old and dirty that’s probably where the bugs were coming in from… and the doorway to the bathroom had rusted out on the bottom. Unsafe.
It was late by that time so I didn’t ask for another room change but I was really uncomfortable in the room and didn’t sleep well at all thinking there are probably more insects in this room I didn’t dare use the bedding.
At checkout I told front desk and they apologized for everything and gave me a small credit to my account ( that equaled $50)
I would never ever stay here or go to this area again
The whole place had a bad vibe and unfortunately almost ruined my whole weekend the only saving grace was it was sort of close to a beach area and we found a nice restaurant about 10 minutes away
