The staff were wonderful, very friendly and professional. We didn’t get up in time to sample the breakfast. The coffee was always available and good. They offered hot chocolate also. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Floors in the room were dirty. Shower curtain was ripped in several places. Staff was very nice and the airport shuttle and the driver were excellent.

It was a 3 star experience only because the rooms have those wall-unit ACs. Ours was very loud and did not cool the room well. Since it was December, it didn’t matter as much about the temperature, but it was hard to sleep with the noise. Otherwise, the place was very clean and efficient. The water pressure was good in the shower, and it felt safe. Appreciated the free parking and hot breakfasts.
