Casita Cotón is a beautiful two bedroom two bath unit with mountain views. This home-away-from-home is bright, cozy and filled with all of the comforts you would want while on vacation. • 10 minutes to Santa Fe Plaza, the heart and soul of downtown • 1 hour from Albuquerque International Airport From a recent guest review, "We spent a month here remote working and it as the perfect home base. Santa Fe, NM was a new experience for not only me but for my children as well. My husband has had the pleasure of visiting before but he said he didn’t have the experience he had this time around and we owe it to the Casita that we stayed in. It felt like a home away from home, clean, welcoming and beautiful scenery!! The Casita had all the items we needed to cook, sleep and enjoy free time. Towels and sheets were available. We also brought along our dog, Pepper and finding a pet friendly place is ultimate. This Casita definitely allowed for that. Pepper enjoyed the space inside and outside on the patio. She even loved to go explore and hike behind the casita with our children. Highly recommend especially if you enjoy the outdoors.

This place was better than we expected. Nice and clean, it’s well stocked like the owner actually stays there. We can always tell the difference if an owner hasn’t spent the night at a rental. This place had any pot or pan needed, spices, teas, coffee, great beds, firewood and proper utensils for cooking. 10/10 we would stay here again. From here we explored Tao’s, Red Rock, National Parks. There’s a local grocery store on a reservation with a good selection and great prices, and Santa Fe had major grocery chain stores for anything else that you could want.

Beautiful dog friendly home!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Lots of windows to see the beautiful outdoors. Rooms were good size and the master had its own fireplace. The kitchen has everything needed to cook. Our dog had lots space and a good area to take her out walks. We were in the mountains but close enough to go into town to explore. Would love to come back!

Great time in Santa Fe

Myra was a great and accommodating host for our 3 week stay at Casa Coton. She graciously arranged a load of wood to be delivered, as we were there for the 12-15” snowfall and stayed in for a few days. House is lovely, well appointed and the location was perfect. She was very available to us if we had questions. Highly recommend Myra and Casa Coton.

Santa Fe stay

Myra is a good host, responsive and communicative. The decor was nice and living room furniture comfortable. It was an inviting environment. I would recommend the unit. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Some suggestions for improvements: 1) Many mugs had chips and cracks at the lip. 2) Pots and pans had tough stains that should be scrubbed. We did not use any of the pots and pans, was not inviting. We ate out mostly. 3) Too many leftover condiments and stuff in the fridge and pantry. Who wants to look at expiration dates and use left over salad dressing, butter etc. (not appetizing). 3) The throw pillows on the bed had stains. I did not use, just put them in the closet 4) The condo development is dog friendly but most of the residents don't pick up dog liter so be careful when walking. We brought bags to pick up our dog liter which should be expected and courteous. 5) We were there for 2 weeks, so we cleaned up regularly but the the vacuum cleaner was a stick hand held, it was not quite powerful for thorough cleaning.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Peaceful and quiet but close to Santa Fe and Taos. The casa was clean and comfortable. The host was pleasant and accommodating. We loved drinking coffee on the courtyard patios in the morning and then ended the day out there with a glass of wine! Honestly, the best part of the trip!

Awesome Experience

My wife and I stayed here with our dog for 4 nights in early October. Myra was very easy to work with and very responsive to our questions once we arrived - she made our experience very enjoyable. Honestly the pictures do not do the condo justice. The condo layout was great - the patio and fire pit were amazing and we were very psyched that the patio was able to be completely secured to let our pup wander when we were out there. The location was convenient to town - but being a little bit away and close to nature was ideal. The Four Seasons literally right across the street was outstanding for dinner and cocktails. Hope to stay again soon! Thanks

Very comfortable and a great location

We loved staying here! The home was spacious enough for me and my husband, very comfortable beds, and a quick drive to Santa Fe downtown shops and restaurants. We found numerous beautiful hiking trails and areas to cycle outside. We would stay here again if we come back.

Exceptional Rental!

I have been renting during the summer months for the past ten years. My stay at Myra’s condo in Tesuque was the very best! Myra was the most gracious host, tried to meet every one of my needs and wishes. We were in constant contact. If I needed something, she immediately ordered it on Amazon to be received within 2-3 days. The furnishings, both inside and out on the spacious patio were comfortable and attractive. I am widowed and felt totally safe alone in this friendly community. I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful condo and host!

Myra's condo was wonderful for our month long stay. It was well stocked and very comfortable. She is a great host, checking in with us after our arrival to make sure all was ok. And she kept us apprised of a possible internet outage. The location was perfect for all our adventures; to Santa Fe, Bandelier, Abiquiu/Ghost Ranch, Taos, Madrid and many other locations. At the end of the day, we relaxed on the porch and enjoyed the sunset. And, the morning sunrises were glorious. I would highly recommend this condo and host and if we visit Santa Fe again, I would not want to stay anywhere else!

It’s perfect

This is our third time to stay in this condo. The property is well stocked with everything you need. Highlights… super soft sheets, well stocked bathrooms, tvs in every room. The location of this condo is amazing. You can be downtown to the plaza in less than 15 minutes and ski Santa fe is less than an hour drive. We rarely repeat our stays but this condo at mesa encatado just makes it too easy and makes all others struggle to keep up with the hospitality it offers

Peaceful/Relaxing stay just north of Santa Fe

This was our second stay at the property and we loved it even more than the last time. Perfect location north of Santa Fe - peaceful, good views, hiking, close to town. The condo is well appointed - both bedrooms with comfy king size beds. Nice updates and all the things required in the kitchen. Patio is the best spot around with nice patio furniture, umbrella to shade the sun and a gas grill. Will definitely return!
