This is the perfect spot for the discerning family looking for a memorable vacation experience. Influenced by simple yet classic European style, 100 Tumblehome Way has been brought to life through thoughtful furnishings, a soothing coastal pallet, creating a casual elegance that will allow you to exhale and truly relax in our comfortable beach getaway.

This home comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter tops. In addition to the kitchen bar that has seating for 4, there is a long costal dinning table with seating for 10 people. The living room features a large sectional and cushioned window seats. When you are ready to relax, you will find a perfect screened in porch with a built-in grill that can be accessed from the first floor master bedroom and living room. The first floor master bedroom comes with a walk-in closet and a spacious private bathroom featuring a large open shower, double vanity, soaker tub and private toilet. The second floor balcony overlooks the lake with comfortable furniture to enjoy a cup of coffee while the kids sleep or enjoy the ocean breeze with a glass of wine in the evening. The balcony can be accessed from the two queen bedrooms with also feature a walk-in closet and private bathrooms. In the common area, located on the second floor, you will find one bunk bed and one twin bed as well as a TV, Wii Console with games.

The charming, private coastal retreat of WaterSound West Beach is perfectly situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico between the communities of Rosemary Beach and Seaside, and is conveniently located to the shops, lively eateries and local activities of famed Scenic Highway 30A. Bordered by the 1,995-acre Deer Lake State Park, WaterSound West Beach also features a heated zero entry community pool, pool-side grill, outdoor fire, and golf putting green all on property. It's an easy bike ride away from Seagrove, Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Be sure and stop by, The Hub at 30A, just over a mile from the property for lots of fun!

100 Tumblehome Way is one of the few rentals located directly on the WaterSound Lake and steps from the crossover boardwalk. You can watch the kids fish and feed the turtles from the walkover while you relax on one of our two porches. But it's our private beach that sets us apart from others. The natural vista of protected dunes and limited development all around us means that our beach does not have the crowds of nearby communities because we are bordered by Deer Lake State Park. A short bike ride or stroll down the picturesque winding boardwalk will take you past one of our Coastal Dune Lakes, a unique geographical feature found only in Madagascar, Australia, New Zealand, Oregon and here in Walton County. As you enjoy the beach, you have the option of adventure in the ocean or exploring the dune lake just steps away. The mostly salt free water makes for a warm kiddie pool and fun place to play right on the beach.
