I enjoyed my stay at this iconic Americana road stop motel. Recently renovated room rooms with a really cool decor and motif celebrating its history. I heard about “the blue pool” and recommend that you check it out and enjoy a dip in the cool refreshing deep spring natural pool.

This is my favorite hotel in Santa Rosa by far. It's so nice. Just make sure to keep the door closed because those bugs by the light get into the room.

Room was as pictured: clean, spacious, newly remodeled. Checked in late and left early, as we were driving cross country. Everything went smoothly. They offered breakfast items in the lobby starting at 6 am. Parking for a truck and trailer next to property. Exactly what we needed for a decent night’s sleep. I’d stay here again during our next road trip.

The TV only worked when an employee came in to sign in. If we turned it off when we left then back on, it wouldn’t work again. Got there at check in time and was given the key. When they came to “fix” the TV she was concerned that the room wasn’t clean. Then another person came to the door asking if our room was cleaned. Only to realize once we went to take showers that the shower wasn’t clean. It was dirty. Why were we asked if our room was clean? Why give us a key if you don’t know if it was cleaned? I felt dirty leaving there and didn’t sleep well thinking I showered in a dirty shower and wondered if the rest of the room got cleaned or not. Would not stay here again and wouldn’t recommend to family or friends.
