The bartenders Kaylee and staff at the Tiki Bar were amazing. Pool was clean and great local voices and entertainment around the pool were great. The restaurant lacked in service. Food was good but took a long time at dinner and even breakfast. The attentive Managers were able to resolve issues quickly and the overall communication with management was far better than any 4 or 5 store resort we’ve stayed in.

This property is amazing, you will not be disappointed. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful. They comped me breakfast and it was wonderful because it wasn’t a buffet style where they use powdered eggs, 😳at Casey Key Resort Mainland they use really fresh eggs. They have a complementary coffee bar. The chef is excellent and for dinner I would get the salmon, ( he ships it in wild caught) from Scotland. Chef prepares it to perfection. The Resort in a great location, very convenient to Siesta Key Beach one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. At siesta key beach there’s quartz sand and it’s cool to your feet and feels like confectioners sugar or baby powder. The whole place has been recently remodeled. They have very comfortable NEW beds and no carpet, which is delightful to me. To me carpet is a big dust collector and dirt collector. It couldn’t have been a better stay. I do not drink alcohol, however, they have a bar set up outside at the pool area and at night time they serve dinner outside, if you like that. There’s great music playing ~mostly 70s music which was a blast for me because I was a teenager in the 70s! 😄 Amy at the front desk was especially friendly and I enjoyed our chatter, Again, all of the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It’s in a great location near restaurants shopping 1 mile up the road is a Publix to get items you might need. Like the stars I put for this property, overall excellence!

the cleaning staff & restaurant staff was terrible. They treated the customer like they were bothering them. Also it was not clear from the website you access the rooms from the outside instead inside a building. It screamed motel! I do not like motels at all. I will never visit again.

Deluxe king was huge. However there is no closet at all. No lighting on side of room with tv where drawers are and no light over bar sink. Not that they were out just no lighting at all. Only lights over bed on other sided room. Ist night was 51 degrees and heat did not work at all. So very cold. It warmed up second night so ok. Letting management know produced an apology.

This is a hotel in the front of the property and a sketchy Motel in the back. Depending upon where your room is will have a big impact of how your stay here is.

Check in was easy, staff friendly. Bed was comfortable. Issue was with bathroom, particularly the shower. The grout needed a good cleaning and scrubbing. Did not anticipate a dehumidifier running in the room.

Pros:The property is modern looking and the room and bathroom cleanliness was acceptable. There is a restaurant on site, pool, and tiki bar. Cons: There was an extremely strong perfumey scent in the lobby that was so excessive that it hit you in the face like walking into a wall. (Could they be trying to cover up another smell...hmmm). The "scent" permeated the indoor bar and restaurant area, rendering them both unusable for us. Also, we purchased a suite thinking we would have a seating area other than the bed. The room had a dirty/strained child sized loveseat and 2 of the same plastic pool chairs they use at the outdoor Tiki restaurant. So don't waste your money on that. The room tv was nice sized, which was good since it was mounted to a wall 15" away from the bed. Pool was heated nicely but needed some tlc.
