The elevators were down most of the time we were there. We had a 91 year old woman on the 3rd floor that at times had to use the stairs due to neither of the elevators working. Most of the time at least one of the elevators was down. Unacceptable!!

The property was clean and a safe location. Staff was very friendly from check in to checkout. The only issue I had is that I ask for my bed to be made and to my suprise it wasn't. This is something I look forward to when I return to my room.

You could walk to a fast food restaurant or to a nicer restaurant. Or a Starbucks or a breakfast/lunch place. Nice options. A busy area but it’s tucked back in behind some establishments and you don’t feel the busyness.

Very convenient location. The bed seemed to be on a barrel like frame... not good for heavy weight. Overall the stay was good and we will be returning.
